Donations & Fundraising

As a social enterprise, we are very passionate about supporting charities. Each year, we donate a significant amount of products to various charities (see Who We’ve Helped). Our products are then used for fundraising through raffles, auctions, showbags and prizes, as well as for supplying to those in financial hardship. We also donate products through our Rescue Support Program.

If you would like your charity to be considered for a product donation for fundraising purposes, please email with the following information:

  • The charity’s name
  • ABN
  • Website
  • Email address
  • Facebook handle
  • Instagram handle
  • Postal address (preferably not a PO box) with a contact first and last name
  • The number of products sought and how they will be used

Product donations are only available to dog and/or cat related registered Australian charities. We are unable to provide monetary donations. Please note there is a cap on the value of product donations per charity per 6 month period, to ensure our small business remains sustainable.

Product donations are not permitted to be sold. If you would like to sell Simply Seaweed products to raise money for your charity, you can do so as a stockist (see Wholesale Information).

Occasionally we attend events to promote our product. We donate the profits for all retail sales made at such events to a selected charity. Please email if you would like to nominate a charity. Each charity is only eligible to be a recipient once, to allow us to help different charities.
